A timetable in a day, not a week.
And when a week cannot be built at all, Daftar says which rule stopped it, whose lessons it stopped on, and what it would take to get past it. That last sentence is the whole product.
Ask for a demonstrationA tack means that lesson stays where you put it, whatever else moves.
It tells you why
Other timetablers hand back “no solution found” and leave you to guess. Daftar names the rule, names the teachers and classes it broke on, and tells you the smallest thing that would fix it: one more science room on Tuesday, or Mr Hakim free after break.
Arabic first, not translated
Both languages are written, not one run through the other. The whole product turns around for Arabic with no second design, an Arabic name prints correctly on a report card, and an export opens correctly in Excel rather than as nonsense.
Parents are part of it
A guardian signs in and sees their child’s week, why their child was marked absent last Tuesday, and their report card the day the school publishes it. Not a separate product and not a separate fee.
What you get
- The timetable, built by the solver and edited by dragging cards.
- A register for every dated lesson, taken in three taps.
- Report cards on the ministry’s marking scheme, in Arabic and in English.
- Exams: papers, rooms, invigilators, and every student’s own sitting list.
- Portals for teachers, students and parents, on the web and on the phone.
- Cover when a teacher is away, arranged by the office and accepted by the teacher.
What it costs
One annual fee per school. Nothing per student, nothing per teacher, and no charge for a portal. Paid by InstaPay, with a free period for the first schools. Ask and we will tell you what your school would pay.
Your records stay yours
You can download everything Daftar keeps at any time, as spreadsheets with a readme in both languages, whether or not your licence is paid. Nothing is deleted unless you ask for it in writing.
Ask for a demonstration
Tell us the school and how to reach you. We will show you your own timetable being built, not a demonstration school.
